The City of Colleyville is proud to sponsor the events and activities of the community’s non-profit organizations. The City promotes sponsored events through its communication channels including the website.

If you’re with a non-profit organization and interested in having your event sponsored by the City of Colleyville please submit the official Non-Profit Event Sponsorship form.

To receive sponsorship, the non-profit group must be a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization that is either based in Colleyville, demonstrates it directly serves Colleyville residents, or receives funding from the City agency agreements.

Colleyville Woman's Club                                                                 

Lunch with the Girlz - April in Paris Fashion Show & Luncheon Benefit

The Colleyville Woman’s Club invites you to its 35th annual Fashion Show & Luncheon Benefit, Lunch with the Girlz on Friday, April 3rd at the Hurst Conference Center. This signature event is CWC’s largest fundraiser and will feature Couture and Ready-to-Wear styles from six women-owned businesses; Austin Lorin, Draper James, Girli Girl, Le Fashion Coach, Milena Bridal, and Terri Ives Couture. NBC5 anchor Deborah Ferguson will serve as event emcee. The theme for the event is April in Paris.

Individual reservations for the event range from $125 to $200. Tables of ten can be reserved and are priced at $1,250 for Gold, $1,500 for Platinum, and $2,000 for Elite.  Reservations may be made on the club’s website, c-w-c.org/SHOPIFY.

Schedule

  • 9:00 am - Registration begins. Enjoy our fun activities: Silent Auction, Locks of Love, Secret Boxes, and Wine Pull
  • 10:45 am - Ballroom doors open for seating with show and Live Auction soon to follow,
  • 12:30 pm - Silent Auction online bidding ends.
  • 1:00 pm - Check-out begins. Featured vendor trunk shows open.

Proceeds from Lunch with the Girlz – April in Paris, will benefit a variety of deserving charities throughout the metroplex. Over the past 42 years, the volunteers of Colleyville Woman’s Club have raised over $4.0 million for local charitable organizations. CWC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

Colleyville Garden's Club                                                           

Promenade Garden Tour

The Colleyville Garden Club invites you to its 24th Promenade Garden Tour, scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd from 11 am until 4 pm. Six beautiful gardens in Colleyville will be showcased on this nationally recognized tour. With the focus on different types and sizes of gardens, there will be something for everyone. Gardens may be viewed in any order and club members and Master Gardeners will be located throughout each garden to answer attendees’ questions.

The Colleyville Center, 5301 Riverwalk Drive, will be the seventh stop on the tour. The popular Plant Sale will be held there and will feature plants seen on the tour as well as plants from members’ own gardens. Joining it will be the debut of the Spring Garden Market, where guests will have the opportunity to buy creative garden art crafted by club members as well as make unique purchases from a variety of local vendors. In addition, food trucks will be selling beignets, ice cream, shaved ice, and drinks in the parking lot.

Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at local ticket outlets beginning on April 3rd: Foreman’s and Market Street in Colleyville, Blooming Colors and Marshall Grain in Grapevine, and Calloway’s in Hurst and Southlake. Tickets may also be purchased online at Eventbrite.com.

Colleyville Garden Club is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Promenade is the club’s only fundraiser and proceeds benefit community beautification, service projects, and college scholarships.
