Need to update your Homeowner’s Association information?

Homeowners Associations are not required to register with the City of Colleyville, but having up-to-date information makes notifying HOAs about information relevant to a specific HOA, or to HOAs in general, more timely. To update information for your HOA, complete the HOA online registration form or contact Christine Loven at 817.503.1133 or by email to cloven@colleyville.com

Buying a home?

The City of Colleyville wants to make sure that you understand Homeowners' Associations (HOAs) and Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs). The homeowners' association will probably exercise a lot of control over how you use your property.

Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)

The transfer deeds to houses in new developments almost always include limitations on how the property can be used. Usually these limitations, called covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), put decision-making rights in the hands of a homeowners' association.

Maintenance Fees

Homeowners' associations can usually mandate that members pay fees for common property maintenance.
