The City of Colleyville Planning and Zoning Commission gives notice of a Public Hearing on Monday, 6/8/2020 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas: 

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Fence to extend into the required street side yard on Lot 1, Block 1, of the Stowe Addition, located at 816 Shelton Drive, Case ZC20-009

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Fence to extend into the required street side yard on Lot 1, Block 8, Creekside at Colleyville, Phase 3, located at 3501 LeJoie Lane, Case ZC20-010

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Fence to extend into the required street side yard on Lots 9 & 10, Block 8, Creekside at Colleyville, Phase 3, located at 3609 LeJoie Lane and 3608 Valmur Avenue, Case ZC20-011

  • Consideration of an amendment to the PUD-C Planned Unit Development-Commercial district for Winding Creek development, specifically for hours of operation on Lot 9R and 10R, Block 1, of the Winding Creek Addition, located at 6412 and 6416 Colleyville Boulevard, Case ZC20-012

  • Consideration of amendments to Chapter 1, Section 1.17 of the Land Development Code, specifically for the permitting of expiration of vested project rights

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the above items on 7/7/2020 and 7/21/2020 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas. All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to speak and be heard.
