The City of Colleyville Zoning Board of Adjustment gives notice of a Public Hearing on Tuesday, 10/08/19 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas: 

  • Request for a variance to Section 3.24.G, Schedule of District Regulations of the Land Development Code, specifically the maximum lot coverage requirements, on Lot 10, Block B, of the Leyton Grove Addition, located at 2411 Hawthorne Avenue, Case VC19-003

All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to speak and be heard.

The City of Colleyville Sign Board of Appeals gives notice of a Public Hearing on Tuesday, 10/08/19 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas:

  • Request for a variance to the provisions of Section 7-175, Permanent Attached Signs – Classification and Regulations of the Land Development Code, specifically the location of a proposed wall sign on Lot 6A, Block 2, of the Towne Square Addition, located at 1201 Hall Johnson Road, Case SC19-003

The City of Colleyville Planning and Zoning Commission gives notice of a Public Hearing on Monday, 10/14/19 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas: 

  • Consideration of a zoning change from CC-1 Village Retail to PUD-C Planned Unit Development – Commercial in Tract 2C03, Abstract 206, in the BBB & C RY Survey, located at 4917 Colleyville Boulevard, Case ZC19-012

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Fence to extend into the required street side yard on Lot 2, Block 1, of the Hodgkiss Place II Addition, located at 2608 Highland Meadow Drive, Case ZC19-013

  • Consideration of a zoning change from CC-1 Village Retail to PUD-C Planned Unit Development – Commercial on Lot 1A, Block 1, in the Applebee’s Addition, located at 5150 Colleyville Boulevard, Case ZC19-014

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Fence to extend into the required street side yard on Lot 20, Block 1, of the Creekside at Colleyville Addition, located at 4708 Latour Lane, Case ZC19-016

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the above items on 11/5/2019 and 11/19/19 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas. All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to speak and be heard.
