The City of Colleyville Planning and Zoning Commission gives notice of a Public Hearing on Monday, 8/12/19 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas: 

  • Consideration of a plat for Lot 1, Block 1, of the Panno Brothers Addition, being a Replat of a portion of Lot 7, Block 1, of the Pleasant Oak Estates, located at 809 Shelton Drive Case PC19-010

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the above items on 9/3/19 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas. 

All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to speak and be heard.

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit (SUP) for an Accessory Dwelling and to exceed the maximum square footage allowed for accessory buildings on Lot 1, Block A, of the Divino Acres Addition, located at 7205 Jo Will Street, ZC18-027

  • Consideration of a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a Carport and to exceed the maximum square footage allowed for accessory buildings on Lot 1, Block A, of the Divino Acres Addition, located at 7205 Jo Will Street, Case ZC19-007

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the above items on 9/3/19 and 9/17/19 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas.
