We understand that meeting the due dates on your water bill during these times may be difficult. The City of Colleyville has temporarily suspended charging late penalties and disconnections. All billed amounts are still due and will be considered late if not paid on time. Once the temporary suspension is lifted and the City returns to business as usual, any unpaid bills will follow normal collection procedures. We encourage all residents and businesses to pay all amounts as soon as they are able to avoid future penalties and possible disconnections. Customers will need to contact Customer Service and accounts will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Payment arrangements will be available to assist customers in need.


The Utility Billing Department handles all billing and billing inquiries for services provided by the city of Colleyville. This department can assist residents and businesses with new water service, termination of service, and inquiries about rates and services.

New Water Volumetric Rates

New volumetric water rates went into effect December 1, 2018 and will be reflected on the Utility bills starting in January 2019.
