Construction is scheduled to begin the week of February 15, 2025. Tinker Road will be closed from Ponderosa Lane to Caldwell Hughes Road for the duration of the construction - traffic will only be able to travel eastbound within the work zone. 

Tinker Road improvements include a new storm sewer system that ties into the Colleyville Boulevard storm sewer system, replacement of water and wastewater lines, installation of a 5' concrete sidewalk on the north side, curb ramps, and a mill and overlay along Tinker Road. Construction will last approximately 6-7 months.

Construction Update - October 20, 2025 - Contractor is scheduled to begin the paving component of the project the week of October 20th. Substantial completion is anticipated the first part of November, weather permitting.
