The 2025 Local Street Maintenance Program 

Each year the City partners with Tarrant County to perform regular maintenance on various streets. These local streets typically undergo a mill & asphalt overlay. All impacted streets are resurfaced to their current configurations. Please do not park any vehicles on the street during construction hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.. Below is the tentative scheduled order for resurfacing, weather depending. Each street will take 1-2 days to complete with milling of the asphalt occurring prior to County crews placing the asphalt.

Saddlebrook: Milling is scheduled to begin April 9th

Tara Plantation: Milling is scheduled to begin the week of April 28th

Construction Updates

Each street will typically take one day for the asphalt overlay,  unless otherwise indicated. Once all milling and overlay operations are complete clean-up activity will occur. All schedules are tentative based on weather conditions.
