In order to continue to provide a safe work environment for all City employees and guests ,the Colleyville Fire Marshal's office will continue to accept permit submittals online only via the Etrakit web portal.  No paper plans will be accepted.  Please contact the Fire Marshal at 817.503.1411 if you have any questions.

***NOTICE***

Effective 03/13/2020 all fire permit applications will be required to be submitted online.  No paper submittals will be accepted at the City of Colleyville.  Online submittal DOES NOT constitute a permit to work.  Permit fees will be doubled for working without a permit.

Contractors will be required to register by completing the Contractor Registration application.  No fee is required to register.  The Contractor Registration application is to be mailed to buildinginspections@colleyville.com.

Once registration is processed, the contractor will receive an email with access to the e-Trakit web portal. A 2nd email will be sent with the password for the account.

The submittal process will be the same.  Application, plans, and State credentials will need to be uploaded for review.

Fees will be assessed in our office and an email notification will be sent to let the contractor know they can procees with payment.  The review process will start once payment is made.
