Effective March 2024
All permits for New Single Family homes will require full calculation sheets for gas and water lines.
Gas: material, length, size, and appliances
Water: pressure, elevation change, size, and fixture count
As of October 1, 2023
~Temporary occupancy (TCO) will no longer be available.
~The City of Colleyville's Building Inspections department will implement a Virtual Inspections program for HVAC replacements, water heater replacements, reroofs, under-slab repairs, and irrigation installations.
Eligible Permit Types and Inspection Procedures
If a commercial container (dumpster) is used, the City of Colleyville franchise agreement mandates Community Waste Disposal must be contracted for that service.
