City offices are now open.  In office submittals should be complete and ready to put in the "drop box" in our office.  We encourage contractors to continue using the web portal for online submittals.  If you have not been using the e-Trakit online web portal for inspections and permitting, we ask that you start utilizing it now.  To register and/or for access please email buildinginspections@colleyville.com

Beginning Monday, May 4, 2020, Building Inspections will commence with entering occupies homes for inspections involving all permit types.  Interior remodel projects are now released for permit processing and inspections as well.

Interactive Voice Response System: for scheduling inspections by phone

Call the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at 817.350.6321 to schedule an inspection, reschedule an inspection, cancel an inspection, check inspection status and obtain inspection history.

We encourage you to use the IVR system to fulfill many of your needs.  You can use the VoicePermits System 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to do many things such as schedule an inspection, reschedule an inspection, cancel an inspection, check inspection status and obtain inspection history.
