The City of Colleyville Zoning Board of Adjustment gives notice of a Public Hearing on Wednesday, 8/9/17 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas:

Request for a variance to Section 3.24.G, Schedule of District Regulations of the Land Development Code, specifically an encroachment into the rear yard setback, on Lot 13R, Block C, of the Heron Pond Addition, located at 5605 Heron Drive East, Case VC17-008

All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to speak and be heard.
