This form of yoga uses long, gentle, passive holds to work on the deep dense connective tissues of the body. Longer holds facilitate deeper opening, increased flexibility, and rehabilitation for the joints and muscles. Yin also promotes your meditative or stillness state. We finish with an extended Modern Day Guided Meditation, an excellent complement to your active practice, sports, or yang-dominant lifestyle.
