City Projects: Sidewalk/Trail Improvements - Webb House Trail

Key Information

• Provides connectivity from Bransford Park to the Cotton Belt Trail with existing trails in Grapevine and North Richland Hills
• Trail crossing at Cotton Belt rail line to be completed with quad gate project
• Designed in-house south of Cotton Belt rail line

 Current Activity (as of September 2011)

• Coordinating interlocal agreement with the T for quad gates at Bransford Road

Funding

• Project budget: $185,000
• Funding sources:
• FY 2013 EDCIP Plan ($165,000)
• Park Land Dedication Fund ($20,000)

Key Dates

• This project is contingent on the completion of Quad Gate Crossing Project
• Design initiation anticipated: FY 2013
• Design and construction estimated to take 6 months once initiated
