Colleyville’s water conservation measures will take effect May 1 and continue through October. These measures include:
• Outdoor watering from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. is prohibited. Watering by hand is allowed during these hours.

• Private water wells used for irrigation are exempt. The city manager may grant exemptions for newly installed lawns or landscapes.

Drainage Division

The Drainage Department maintains water quality in Colleyville by inspections, sampling and testing. The department is responsible for all maintenance on Colleyville's drainage system, including ditch maintenance, low-water water crossings, street sweeping, and the mowing of right-of-ways.

Street Capital Improvement Program

The Street Capital Improvement Program (CIP) encompasses projects that maintain or improve Colleyville's roadway infrastructure.
