It is now easier than ever to understand the City’s budget and spending with the help of a new online platform.
Residents can access the OpenGov Financial Transparency portal to get hands-on with interactive graphs and charts highlighting the City’s budget, funds, and expenses.
Users can start with a visual breakdown of the City’s annual budget and dive deep into various funds and expenses. Through regularly updated reports, users can access information about the City’s General Fund, Utility Fund, monthly expenses and revenue, transaction details, and more.
With the “Views” feature, City staff can curate charts and budget data from some of the most commonly asked questions such as, “How much does the City spend from the General Fund on athletic fields?”
