Colleyville, Texas

At 2:17 a.m. on January 2, 2006 Colleyville Police responded to a one vehicle fatality crash at 4100 Colleyville Blvd/Hwy 26/Grapevine Hwy.  The crash caused a small grass fire that was brought under control by responding fire units from Hurst and Colleyville.  The crash is under investigation by the Colleyville Police traffic division. 

Tarrant County Medical Examiners Office has positively identified the victim as Richard Austin Stewart W/M 07/05/88 of Arlington who was the driver/only occupant of a 2000 Ford F-150 pickup.

Cause of the crash and cause of death are still pending the results of the Tarrant County Medical Examiners report of findings.

There will be no further information released until the Medical Examiners report is completed.
