Colleyville announces departure of assistant city manager
Colleyville, Texas…City Manager Bill Lindley has announced the impending departure of Paul Frederiksen, assistant city manager. Frederiksen has accepted a position with the Las Colinas Association as assistant general manager.

“Paul has been a real asset to the city of Colleyville and will no doubt continue to be an asset wherever his career choices may take him. His leadership qualities have lent a strong component to the city’s progress in building a top-notch team,” remarked Lindley.

Frederiksen came to Colleyville in early 2005 and during his tenure has overseen activities and projects in the Parks and Recreation Department, library services, community development, human resources, Colleyville Center, and marketing and communications. He has also been involved in the development of the city’s new fire station, senior center, and the new website and each of its components.

Frederiksen’s last day with the city of Colleyville will be May 26. He starts his new position in June.
