Colleyville, Texas…The city of Colleyville has hired Steven Z. Chutchian as public works director.  Mr. Chutchian has served in a similar capacity in his current position with the Town of Addison and in other municipalities, including Midlothian, DeSoto, Keller and Fort Worth. 

“Steven Chutchian brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the fields of engineering and public works. We think he will be a tremendous asset to Colleyville,” stated City Manager Bill Lindley.

Mr. Chutchian remarked, “Colleyville has assembled a fine team of professionals in its Public Works Department. I think we have a lot of exciting projects ahead, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity.”

As public works director, Mr. Chutchian will be responsible for overseeing planning and operations in the areas of engineering, streets, drainage, utility operations, and fleet maintenance. He will begin his tenure with the city March 1, 2006.
