Colleyville, Texas

Two public meetings were held to solicit input from citizens.  The first meeting was focused on gathering information.  A workshop format utilized in the last master plan update was utilized.  Citizens attending the meeting were allowed to gather around tables set up for several sub-areas of the city.  Each person identified needs and issues that were posted on a flip chart.   The group then ranked the needs and issues.  The results of this effort were used to help develop the plan presented in this report. 

The second was an opportunity to present the committee's draft recommendations.  Again citizens attending the meeting gathered around tables to review a map illustrating the draft plan.  Input from this meeting was used to fine-tune the plan presented in the CIP Committee Report.
