The city of Colleyville's currently available fund options are as follows:
Roadway Impact Fees: Fees paid by developers of new projects to be used for improvements to lessen the impact of new development on the roadway system. Perimeter Street Fees: At the time of acceptance of a development by the city, a developer may pay a perimeter street fee dedicated to strret improvements on abutting streets rather than pay the roadway impact fee. Street Maintenance Budget: Funded through the city's general fund operating budget. General Fund Cash Balance: Available in general fund reserves. Utility Impact Fees: Paid by developers of new projects to be used for improvements to lessen the impact of new development on existing utility infrastructure. Operating Drainage Fund: Funded through the city's Drainage Fund operating budget. Tarrant County Bonds: Matching funds for transportation improvements from the 2006 Tarrant County bond program. Federal Grants: Matching funds for transportation improvemetns from regional transportation commission grants. |
