Project Description
Glade Road will be constructed as a two lane concrete roadway, from Heritage Avenue to Martin Parkway. The improvements also include additional turn lanes on Glade Road at Heritage Avenue, and dedicated left-turn lanes on Glade Road at Roberts Road, Prestwick Drive, Queensbury Way, Auburndale Avenue and Martin Parkway.

Additional components include: Replacement of an existing water main and the construction of a 10’-wide trail section on Glade Road.



Street Condition Rating:  C    
Street is experiencing minor base failures and surface cracking. Crack sealing is necessary in both concrete and asphalt streets. Repair of existing surface and base failures is necessary. A seal coat or thin asphalt overlay is necessary for extending service life in asphalt pavement.
