The Colleyville Street Capital Improvement Plan Committee was appointed by the city council and was comprised of 14 people. Several committee members also served on other city boards and commissions, including the Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustments, Sidewalk Committee, Traffic Safety Advisory Committee, and the SH 26 Advisory Committee.
The committee was charged with identifying needed street improvements and developing a plan to address those needs. Beginning in May 2006, the committee reviewed issues related to the roadway capital improvement plan. The annual Street Conditions Rating Report, which rates roadways on physical and structural condition, served as the framework for the street capital improvement plan. Efforts were focused on developing a plan to improve roadways with the lowest ratings. CIP Committee Report |
