The Planning and Zoning Commission approves plans for subdivisions and makes recommendations to the city council on the rezoning of land and on amendments to the city’s development regulations. The Commission consists of seven members serving two-year terms. (Meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.)

Due to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act, members of the Planning and Zoning Commission have been advised to refrain from discussing matters of Commission business outside the scope of a duly posted, public meeting of the Commission.  Interested persons are encourage to attend the next scheduled public hearing on an item of interest.
