Tommy Ingram was appointed Colleyville’s Chief of Police in October 2004 and has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience. He previously served as the assistant police chief in Arlington, Texas. Chief Ingram has diverse operational and administrative experience in municipal law enforcement. He is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy for Law Enforcement Administrators and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s Senior Management Institute for Police Administration. Chief Ingram encourages police and community interaction with citizen involvement that helps keep Colleyville among the safest cities in Tarrant County.
