Electric Deregulation

You have the power of choice. You can now select a new company from which to buy electricity, choose a new company to save money on electricity, or even buy power produced from renewable resources.

Consumer Protection

All Retail Electric Providers (REPs) must adhere to the PUC’s rules and regulations designed to protect you against fraudulent, unfair, misleading, discriminatory or anti-competitive practices.

Power Outages

Oncor (formerly TXU Electric & Gas) is a major transmission and distribution utility energy delivery company operating within the City of Colleyville.  Oncor constructs, operates, and maintains the wires infrastructure that moves electricity around its service area on behalf of the retail electric providers that sell it. 2. Call the number printed on your most recent utility bill.
If you have an emergency such as a  structure fire or "wires down" Please call 911.
