To expedite a citizen’s request for service or the city’s response to a complaint, we have instituted a Citizen Request function into this website. This service offers citizens the opportunity to converse with the city of Colleyville about concerns, requests, suggestions, or complaints. It allows citizens to create and submit online requests, such as low water pressure, a pot hole in the street or a dead animal pickup.

Citizens may also track and view the status of a request. When a request is submitted, citizens are given an issue number—this number, plus the phone number submitted at the time of the request are necessary to track or view the status of a request.

It is the city of Colleyville's goal to use this service as a tool to provide efficient, timely responses to Colleyville citizens.
