Police Records is a section of the Administration Division. It maintains the official records compiled by all divisions that comprise the Colleyville Police Department.
The most common records compiled by this section are motor vehicle accident reports, offense reports (including those initiated by police and the public), and incident/information reports (calls for service) initiated by police and the public. Reports cannot be faxed.

Fingerprinting The Colleyville Police Department will fingerprint Colleyville residents, Colleyville business owners/employees, and Colleyville civic club members only. Those people wanting fingerprints must provide their own cards. Cards should not be completed or signed before presenting them to the police employee taking the fingerprints. Fingerprint cards are a governmental document and no errors, corrections, or whiteouts are permitted. Fingerprinting is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the Colleyville Police Records Division at the Colleyville Justice Center.
