If you need a copy of a motor vehicle accident report, you may request one by telephone, letter, or fax at:

Your request will be processed and available within three (3) business days of completion of the report at the Colleyville Police Records Division; or by return mail or fax after a fee of $6.00 is received by a records clerk.

You may include the fee in your original request or present it at the time you retrieve the copy.

The following information (at least two) is necessary to allow our records clerks to research and copy the correct motor vehicle accident report:
