Bill Lindley has worked with local governments for the past 23 years, serving in various capacities in the City Manager’s Office.  The four previous cities that he worked for have all been in Texas, ranging from small to medium size cities.  Engaged as the City Manager for two of the cities, he has also served in the role as Assistant City Manager, City Secretary and Administrative Assistant.  Mr. Lindley’s job experience is diverse and has allowed him to work in all areas involved in the provision of public services.  Over the years he has also had the opportunity to be a presenter at both state and national professional conferences.
