Colleyville, Texas

Currently the city of Colleyville Information Services Department, along with the daily maintenance and support, is working on two major projects for the city.

The first project is geared towards the enhancement of the city's service roles in expediting requested services and issues for our citizens through the use of the city of Colleyville's Citizen Relationship Management module. This service offers citizens the opportunity to converse with the city of Colleyville about  concerns, requests, suggestions, and complaints. It allows citizens to create and submit online requests, such as low water pressure, a pot hole in the street or a dead animal pickup.

A provider of citywide wireless mesh networking solutions announced that it is partnering with the city of Colleyville to establish a Wi-Fi area wide pilot network. The city of Colleyville will use the area network primarily to establish a wireless link between the city’s two fire stations and the Public Works Service Center to the city network.
