General Information

Colleyville Center is an elegant, functional meeting facility centrally located in the heart of the Metroplex. We offer a variety of flexible meeting room spaces and amenities. With banquet seating for 360 or theatre seating for 500, the elegant Grand Hall with its soaring ceiling and wall of Palladian windows may be divided to accommodate your training sessions, seminars, luncheons, theatre productions and receptions.

The Grand Hall is equipped with a full catering kitchen and performance stage, sound and lighting system, and full range of AV equipment.

The meeting rooms and formal parlor open onto the Gallery which also serves as pre-function space. This space with its barrel ceiling and spacious feel opens onto two patios overlooking the grounds.

The nine acres of grounds surrounding Colleyville Center include a landscaped Garden Plaza “Balustrada” structure of cast stone – perfect for a special ceremony, or a break between business sessions. Patios overlook the ponds and fountains, creating a relaxing park-like atmosphere.

CATERING

Caterers may be selected from a catering list or you may choose a caterer of your choice. All caterers are required to complete a catering contract with the Center, and pay a catering fee.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

In addition to room rental, additional fees based on your individual requirements are charged for table and chair sets, AV equipment, and services.

STAFFING AND SECURITY

All events are staffed by Center personnel and Colleyville Officers when security is required.
