The Administration Division consists of the chief of police, services lieutenant, operations lieutenant, and administrative assistant/records manager.

Administration is tasked with establishing the general orders, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Colleyville Police Department; as well as creating, monitoring and maintaining the annual budget for all divisions of the Colleyville Police Department.
