1. HOW TO ENTER: 1) Visit a participating event location and fill out a registration form. 2) Print your name, address, and daytime phone number on a 3x 5" piece of paper and mail to: City of Colleyville, 100 Main Street, Colleyville 76034. In order to be eligible to win entries must be received by 11:59 PM CDT July 25, 2008; August 1, 2008 or August 8, 2008 at participating locations. Enter as often as you wish, but each mailing entry must be mailed separately. Entrants need not be present to win. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Drawings open to individuals 21 years of age or older as of July 1, 2009, and who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Employees of the City of Colleyville, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and members of the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in these drawings, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this drawing. By accepting the prizes, winner agrees to release the City of Colleyville, its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

3. PRIZES: All taxes, incidentals and other expenses associated with prizes and not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with one of equal or greater value in the event prize is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use any winner’s name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

4. WINNERS SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted on July 26, 2008, August 2, 2008 and August 9, 2008 by a representative designated by the City of Colleyville. All decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawings. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Winners will be notified by overnight mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release which must be signed and received by Sponsor or its designated agent within 10 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all non-winning entries.

5. MISCELLANEOUS: No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, incomplete, illegible, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged, incomplete, or illegible.
