The City of Colleyville Planning and Zoning Commission gives notice of a Public Hearing on Monday, 5/8/17 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas:

Consideration of a zoning change from the AG- Agricultural zoning district to the R20-Single Family Residential zoning district on Tract 2A, Abstract 1692, in the Joseph White Survey, located at 816 Shelton Drive, Case ZC17-003

Consideration for approval of amendments to the Land Development Code regarding a proposed requirement that newly installed utilities be underground; specifically Chapter 9 – Subdivision Design & Public Facilities, Section 9.17 Street Design Criteria, proposed Section 9.18 Easements, proposed Section 9.19 Private Utilities, and Chapter 14 – Engineering Design Standards, Section 14-175 Miscellaneous, Case GC17-015

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the above item on 6/6/17 and 6/20/17 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall,100 Main Street,Colleyville,Texas.
