INVITATION TO BID

The City of Colleyville is accepting Requests for Proposal for health insurance coverage (fully insured options), dental insurance coverage, and third-party administration of flexible spending account and health reimbursement arrangement.  Contact Michelle Reyes at (817) 503-1072 for proposal document. Sealed proposals addressed to Michelle Reyes, HR Director, City of Colleyville, will be received at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas 76034 until 2:00 pm CST Monday, June 3, 2013.  Proposals received after the closing time specified above will be returned to the proposer unopened.  The right is reserved, as the interest of the City might require, to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in bids received.
