To expedite a citizen's informational needs through frequently asked questions or request for service , we have instituted a "Call on Colleyville" feature into this website that is taking the place of the former citizen request module.
This service offers citizens the opportunity to gain information through categorized topics and FAQ's, do a quick search of commonly asked topics, review the top ten frequently asked questions or converse with the city of Colleyville about concerns, requests, suggestions, or complaints. It allows citizens to create and submit online requests, such as low water pressure, a pot hole in the street or a dead animal pickup. Citizens may also track and view the status of a request.
When a request is submitted the citizen has the ability to do so anonymously or give personal contact information in order to get status updates from staff; complimented with having the ability to track information submitted by utilizing a login and password provided by the city of Colleyville to the citizen. After the closing of any service request the citizen will then be granted the opportunity to give back feedback to the city of Colleyville through the use of a quick survey.
