RAS Bulletin 022 has expired effective immediately

RAS Bulletin 023 has been issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and becomes effective January 13, 2012.  This bulletin permits the application of the 2012 Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) to plan reviews and inspections performed by Registered Accessibility Specialists (RAS) for construction projects subject to compliance with Chapter 469.003 and establishes variance criteria for these projects.
